Waston operates in strict adherence to the ISO13485 quality system, meticulously following medical device manufacturing quality management specifications, implants and sterile medical devices execution rules, and the CE MDD 93/42/EEC directive.
In recent years, we have elevated our quality control system to international standards through continuous upgrades, detailed management standardization, and comprehensive process control improvements. We have invested in advanced processing equipment from Germany, the USA, and Japan, including machining centers and automatic lathes, ensuring first-class quality through state-of-the-art technology. Since 2011, we have invested over 20 million RMB to expand our Testing Center, which includes a biomechanical laboratory and a physical-chemical testing center. This substantial investment provides robust assurance for crucial aspects: raw material procurement control, product quality control, and new product performance analysis.
